I was a new customer. My questions were answered thoroughly over the phone, and I was able to get an appointment very quickly (3 days). I received a very friendly welcome at the salon. There was only a tiny wait, even though the place was really busy. I was also thoughtfully offered a coffee or something similar. The consultation was excellent, and my desired hairstyle was executed exactly as I had envisioned it. Thank you, Sarah! I'll definitely be back. I'll probably become a regular customer. 😊
